The short version
Roundely is a personal organiser for social plans. Use it for organising plans among people you actually know. Be kind to your invitees. Don't use it to harass, spam, or impersonate anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.
Your account
We sign you in with email magic-links — there are no passwords. Keep your inbox secure. You're responsible for actions taken from your account, including invitations sent to your contacts.
Acceptable use
- Only invite people you have a real relationship with. Cold invitations to strangers are not what this service is for.
- Don't use the service to send marketing, promotional, political, or solicitation messages.
- Don't impersonate other people, organisations, or clubs.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the service to build a competing product.
- Respect your invitees' preferences — anyone who replies asking to be left alone should be removed from your network.
Your content
The contacts, tier labels, group labels, custom messages, and notes you save are yours. We store them encrypted, scoped to your account, and use them only to operate the service. We don't claim ownership over what you put in.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but we're a small operation and don't offer a formal uptime guarantee. We reserve the right to change features, raise or lower limits, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is shown on the pricing page when subscriptions launch. Until then, the service is free for invited testers. We'll give 30 days' notice before any paid plan starts billing existing accounts.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@roundely.com. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Roundely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be communicated to active organisers by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
